All orders are final. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you order an incorrect size, color, or simply do not like the product. Please double check the details of your order prior to completing your order and use the size information available on each product page.
Once an order has been sent to our production team, you can no longer edit any details or cancel your order. If the shipment details are incorrect, or you order the wrong size or color, Libertas Bella is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing us with the correct order and accurate shipping information.
However, we can offer a replacement order, if there are issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues or issues relating to the quality of the product.
If you receive an item of clothing and find that it is damaged or something else is wrong with your order, then we will happily exchange it for another size or colour. If you find that the item isn’t what you expected, then return it within 90 days of receiving it and we will issue a refund.
When returning items of clothing, they need to be returned in an unused and unwashed state, ideally with the tags still attached. Please check that the item is in good condition and fits you before using it.
If issues arise with a replacement order, we reserve the right to issue a refund instead.
